Ongoing series continued from Phoenix Resurrection: The Return of Jean Grey. A new chapter of the X-men begins in this series starring the newly ressurected Jean Grey as she forms her own group of X-Men and fights Cassandra Nova. The series lasts until issue 11, after which the the team is included in the Uncanny X-Men Volume 5 series. The series also had a X-Men: Red Annual that accompanied this monthly series.
