✓ VERIFIED SELLER BADGE

The Verified Sellerbadge appears on a seller's profile and on their listings. It is granted by FindMeComics administrators after the seller meets all of the following criteria:

• Identity confirmation — the seller has provided government-issued ID or business registration documents sufficient to confirm their real identity, reviewed by a FindMeComics administrator.
• Transaction history — at least 10 completed sales with no unresolved disputes and no upheld buyer-fault refund claims in the most recent 90 days.
• Seller rating — a minimum average rating of 4.5 / 5.0 across all reviewed transactions.
• Response time — average message response time of 48 hours or less over the most recent 30 days.
• Policy compliance — no active account warnings, listing removals for policy violations, or DMCA strikes within the past 12 months.

Verification is reviewed on request or at least annually. FindMeComics may revoke the badge at any time if a seller no longer meets these criteria. The badge is not for sale and cannot be earned through advertising spend or platform fees.

★ SELLER RATING

The star rating shown on every seller profile is a simple average of all buyer reviews submitted after completed transactions. Ratings are on a 1–5 scale and cover item condition accuracy, shipping speed, and communication.

Ratings are not curated, filtered, or weighted in FindMeComics' favor. All reviews from verified buyers are included. A seller cannot remove or hide a review; disputed reviews may be flagged for administrator investigation.

DEALER BADGE

The Dealer badge identifies professional comic book dealers and shops operating on FindMeComics. It is granted to sellers who:

• Operate a registered comic book retail business (brick-and-mortar or online) and provide proof of business registration.
• Agree to FindMeComics' dealer code of conduct, which includes accurate grading standards, prompt shipping, and responsive customer service.

The Dealer badge does not imply any warranty of item quality beyond what the seller individually represents in their listings.

INFORM CONSUMERS ACT — HIGH-VOLUME SELLER DISCLOSURE

Under the INFORM Consumers Act (15 U.S.C. § 45f), sellers who exceed 200 transactions and $5,000 in gross sales in any rolling 12-month period are classified as High-Volume Sellers and are required to complete identity and contact verification. Their verified business name, location (city, state, and country), and contact information are disclosed to buyers on their seller profile page.

This disclosure is a federal legal requirement, not a badge or tier. FindMeComics monitors thresholds automatically and notifies sellers when they approach or cross the threshold.

NO PAY-TO-PLAY

No badge, tier, or endorsement-style label on FindMeComics is sold, rented, or otherwise made available in exchange for payment, advertising spend, or any commercial arrangement.
