DO NOT SELL OR SHARE
MY PERSONAL INFORMATION
California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) — Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.120 · Last updated: April 20, 2026
FindMeComics does not sell or share your personal information.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers or any third party. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out action is required — but you may submit a written request to confirm this in writing.
WHAT "SELL" AND "SHARE" MEAN UNDER CPRA
The CPRA defines “sell” broadly: any disclosure of personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. It defines “share” as disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising — even without payment.
FindMeComics does neither. We share data only with service providers (Stripe, Railway, Cloudinary, Resend) under written data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes. See our full processors table.
GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL (GPC)
We recognise the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out signal under 11 C.C.R. § 7025. Because we already do not sell or share personal information, the signal has no additional practical effect. If you have GPC enabled, your preference is noted and we will not commence any sale or sharing activity without first honoring it.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect date of birth solely to verify that you are 18 or older as required by our Terms of Service. It is used for no other purpose, is never sold or shared, and is retained only until account deletion (see retention schedule). Under CPRA § 1798.121 you have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; our use is already so limited.
SUBMIT A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION REQUEST
Although no opt-out is required (we don't sell or share), California residents may request written confirmation of this under § 1798.120. We will respond within 45 days.
Authorized agents: An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with written proof of authorization. We may verify your identity directly.
