To discover her true self, X-23 has decided to leave Utopia on a personal mission. Accompanied by Remy Lebeau, she sets out on an adventure that takes her to the American Southwest and some old enemies. It also takes her to the island of Madripoor in search of the Weapon X program. Once she arrives, she discovers a city under siege and being controlled by none other than Wolverine's son, Daken.
