In this story arc Mr Fantastic constructs a machine that can cross dimensions after being contacted from an alternate reality by an older version of himself. Upon using the machine to enter his older self's universe, Reed is horrified to discover he's been duped and that the entire world is infested with cannibalistic, undead versions of superheros!
