THE SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN MAGAZINE

A two-issue Spider-Man magazine series published by Marvel in 1968. The series presented longer-form Spider-Man stories in an oversized magazine format. Issue #1 was primarily black-and-white and featured “Lo, This Monster!” along with a retelling of Spider-Man’s origin, while issue #2 featured the Green Goblin story “The Goblin Lives!” and was published in color. The series ended after two issues, with a planned third issue cancelled.
