PlotBekka uses her phasing powers to help Batman escape the mind controlled Superman, and she takes him to Stasis Bed to heal. When Batman wakes up Bekka explains he is on Tartaros, and that Darkseid plans on using Superman to retrieve the High Father Staff from the Source Wall. Darkseid has lost his Omega Power and the Staff is the only thing that may give him the power he desires.
Meanwhile, Desaad tortures Scarecrow for bring Batman to Tartaros, but Darkseid is angrier at Desaad for failing him. Because Batman is not captured Darkseid demands they use Superman now.
Elsewhere, Batman and Bekka are spotted by the Parademons and Bekka must use her powers to hid them again, but this time Batman fells a lust for the New God.
