Despite saving the city from alien invaders, the Metal Men remain surrounded by police with weapons drawn when a terrifying new threat appears—a nightmarish creature that declares its intention to make Platinum its queen. As both police and firefighters attack the phantasmal being without effect, the Metal Men's attempts to help only make the situation worse, causing authorities to believe the team is allied with the monster. When the creature demonstrates its power by putting emergency responders to sleep and animating an army of store mannequins to rampage through the city, the desperate police must turn to the Metal Men for help.
