Plot SummaryMonty Walsh is a small time cat burglar who wants to make one final heist to make himself famous. His target is a big time Maggia crime boss in New York. However Walsh is caught and shot dead by Maggia goons while attempting his escape. As the burglar falls to his death, the Uni-Power saves his life by choosing him as the next Captain Universe.
