Triad and Ferro face metal-eating creatures-- that are devouring their ship! And if Ferro thinks "ironing up" is the answer, he might wanna do some heavy rethinking.
Ferro and Triad are escorting a trio of prisoners to Takron-Galtos when their ship is attacked by a swarm of slug-like creatures who eat their way through all known substances. They begin a retreat through the ship with their prisoners, attempting to find a way to escape. Triad's assertive 'purple' personna offends the sensitive Ferro, who after the escape decides to cease their friendship.
