Debuted in 1995, Green Goblin would fly in on the insanity of the 1990's with Ben Urich's nephew Philip set to become contaminated by the original Green Goblin's super-human formula and an arsenal to go with it. However, rather than committing crimes and becoming a pest to Ben Reilly, this new Green Goblin wants to fight crime and fights it dirty. Lasting 13 issues, the series would get a trade paperback later on.
