elfQuest: Two-Spear is the middle-link of the Wolfriders' heritage between the fifth and sixths chiefs before Cutter's time. In this series, Two-Spear experiences a midlife crisis, where he temporarily abandons the way of his tribe, discovers a rock-shaped throne left for him by The High-Ones, fights through his beastial inheritance, and discovers the truth of himself. He lives with a burning desire to reclaim the Palace from than moment onward, vowing to destroy ruthlessly whomever in his world should stand in his way.
Huntress Skyfire challenges him for the right to be chief, but at the end of their duel, Two-Spear refused to murder his sister, who despite her weakened state would not submit to his new vision. Thus, Two-Spear abdicated from the wolfriders and all who followed him did so with a fervent zeal to regain the lost traditions of the high ones. They would be called the Go-Backs. Thus, this miniseries is a brief expose of how the Go-Back tribe had its diplomatic origin.
