Arriving in the nation’s capital to receive an award, the Zoo Crew are informed of a new threat from a voice inside the statue of President Abraham Linkidd. Brotherhood, founder and general manager of the secret cabal known as A.C.R.O.S.T.I.C. (Arrogant Cutthroats Repeatedly & Outrageously Subverting This Innocent Country) announces that he is taking over the United Species of Animals and challenges the Zoo Crew to try and stop him.
