Written by John Byrne and set in the Golden Age of the " Elseworlds" crossover universe, Batman and Captain America is a double-sized one-shot in which the Dynamic Duo and Captain America and Bucky must team-up to stop a plot by the Joker who is being used to steal a government weapon.
