"The Way the Ball Bounces," Errant beach balls keep bouncing off of the heads of the gang as they try to enjoy the beach. "A Fine Finish...," Archie disrupts a Lodge pool gathering by sitting in a freshly varnished chair. "Is This Drip Necessary?", Archie and Jughead must search a crowded beach for Betty and Veronica while holding four rapidly melting ice cream cones. "Fence Suspense," Archie spends his time at the beach trying to keep Veronica and a muscle-bound stud separate. "Sun Down" one-page Li'l Jinx story. "Everything's Ducky," Archie gives Veronica a duck as a present, not realizing that Veronica doesn't want a duck, or that the duck was in a family way. "Splitsville," Archie and Betty both split the seam of their bathing suits and the only way each can avoid an embarrassing situation is just as embarrassing.
