Is there a buyer's premium or hidden fee?
No. Buyers pay the listed price plus whatever shipping the seller sets. No buyer's premium, no processing surcharge shown separately.
What if the comic arrives in worse condition than listed?
Open a dispute within 30 days of confirmed delivery. We review evidence from both sides and decide within 3–5 business days. If the dispute is upheld, you get a full refund including original shipping.
How fast does wantlist matching work?
The match runs the moment a listing is created — typically within 60 seconds. You get an email and an in-app notification.
Can I sell raw and slabbed copies?
Yes. The listing form has separate flows for raw (ungraded) and graded/slabbed copies. CGC, CBCS, and PGX are all supported.
What happens if a buyer doesn't pay?
Payment happens at checkout via Stripe — buyers pay before the order is created. There's no "unpaid item" problem here.
