Meanstreak contemplates his goals to the team until meeting up with the shapeshifter, once Jordon Boone, renamed Halloween Jack. Both prior co-workers to the Alchemex pharaceutical company, Halloween Jack prompts Meanstreak a partnership to take over Las Vegas.
