In the aftermath of DC SPECIAL: THE RETURN OF DONNA TROY, Donna seeks out Wonder Woman and finds her and Supergirl in the middle of a fight with VILLAINS UNITED's Cheetah! But it's Donna's meeting with Supergirl that will have surprising ramifications for all three heroines. Is this a harbinger of things to come? Plus, Wonder Woman makes a decision that she's been building to for months…but will someone else beat her to the punch? The Amazons prepare for the attack and Rachael Keast informs them that Wonder Woman will be put on trial at the International Court in the Hague. The outside world is not taking this lightly, so Io accepts to building the weapon. Wonder Woman pleads not guilty to the charges and she is given parole while she stays at Hague. Meanwhile, Cheetah takes this as an opportunity to attack Wonder Woman. Donna Troy and Supergirl ask her to come with them into space to help save the cosmos. She declines and Cheetah then attacks and Wonder Woman defeats her. At that moment, the OMACs attack Paradise Island.
