While Fox and the Killer grow closer, Mister Rictus launches his coup against the Fraternity. Using Sucker's stolen powers, he orchestrates a series of assassinations that eliminate many of the organization's most powerful members, including Imp, Fuckwit, and Doll-Master's family. By the issue's end, Rictus has seized control of Fraternity headquarters and openly challenges anyone who would oppose him.
