Matthew and his friends have holed up at a remote biological research station, and have threatened to release toxins into the atmosphere unless Rado meets with them. As the nation breathlessly watches, he arrives with the media in tow. The treacherous Rado has a trick up his sleeve, though, as he prepares to finally put an end to his nemesis, Matthew!
