Hans descends deep into the lair of Dr. Zemph and stumbles into the disgusting consequences of the scientist's evil experiments -- literally! Propelled through a river of toxic waste, Hans washes up on Zemph's doorstep, just in time to see the doctor's hideous creation come to life. Injected with the growth serum, one of the kidnapped street urchins has been turned into an inhuman giant, only to become a pawn in a political power struggle.
