Hans has discovered Dr. Zemph's insidious plan for his amazing growth serum, and he wants to warn the world. The only problem is, the world thinks Hans is a terrorist! After narrowly escaping arrest, Hans finds his mission becoming more crucial and his methods more desperate. Dressed as a woman, he sneaks into Thexoll's party to speak with Klaar, the reporter who just might believe him. There, he discovers that he is wanted not just by the law, but he's become a target of the diabolical Rhine Lords, as well. Meanwhile, Thexoll learns that Lucien's temper is much more explosive than anyone accounted for, and the cops zone in on the squatters' home.
