After a protest ends in violence, Hans flees from his newfound friends. Confused and afraid, he wanders the streets of Amsterdam, where he runs into more trouble! Hans' young friend Marx has lost his dog to the evil Dr. Zemph, creator of a deadly growth drug. Zemph is now collecting human subjects for his nefarious research! Will Hans be next? Meanwhile, Lucien and the others are under surveillance by Securopa and could lose their home. Little do they know, Hans may be the source of Securopa's newfound interest in their group.
