A high-level meeting of mobster family heads proves an irresistable target for Frank. He rigs the otherwise empty building with explosives and, with his hand on the dead man's switch, takes down everybody but one gangster. The man tries to bargain with Frank, saying they could both walk out. Seconds later, BOOM.
