StoryWhile the Punisher is at a dinner a bomb goes off killing many. Frank learns that Irish mobster Fin Cooley is behind it. Through his acquaintance Yorkie Mitchell, Frank learns that their is a gang war going on between the Irish Mobs. When the Punisher puts pressure on them and starts killing off their members Fin Cooley and Maginty join forces to try and stop him.
