The conclusion to the storyline "Confederacy of Dunces" and the last issue of the series. The Hulk is on the loose. Set upon Daredevil, Wolverine and Spider-Man by the Punisher. He's way beyond their power level and they're quickly outmatched. Good thing that all of that stew the Punisher had been feeding Banner contained a special ingredient or two. All part of the Punisher's plan to show the heroes the lengths he'll go to to keep them off his back. Meanwhile, Detective Soap is finally fed up enough to try and bring the Punisher in by himself.
