Frank picks up a tip while taking out a group of Irish mobsters, there's a big auction taking place and whoever get what's on sale is going to rule the city. When his source runs dry, Franks hits the local crims and stoolies to look for more information about the auction. On his tail are Daredevil, Spider-man and Wolverine - all of whom have run afoul of the Punisher's war on crime on separate occasions and all keen to see him taken off the streets.
