Punisher "teams-up" with a crack dealer named Teevee to find out the true identity of Cringe. Using Teevee as a human bomb, Punisher sends his new friend out into the world to find out more information. Unbeknownst to Punisher, Microchip begins training his new Punisher, Carlos Cruz.
