This is it! The Punisher vs. Jigsaw in a guerilla-tactics-battle-to-the-death in Venezuela!
Punisher and Joy manage to escape Jigsaw's trap. They enter a town full of drug dealers. Jigsaw enlists local drug kingpin Diego to assist in killing Punisher. Despite trying to fight their way through Diego's men, Frank is knocked out and Jigsaw cuts his face. Joy is also captured by Jigsaw.
