Batman infiltrates a criminal organization that's taking advantage of the chaos in Gotham, but before he can act in the city's best interest, Green Lantern literally drops into the conflict. Also, Man-Bat "rescues" Oracle from quake-ravaged Gotham and takes her to his home in a church steeple, and the Question helps the Huntress reach an epiphany as they track black-market medical-supply sellers.
