A Zero Hour crossover issue. At time destabilizes, the members of the Team Titans and reserve members of the Teen Titans split up to provide damage control. Hero X, Metallik, Automaton, Backbeat, Bumblebee, and Mal Duncan protect Seattle. Prestor Jon brings Lapidus, Redwing, Mirage, and Killowat to protect the United Nations. Dagon, Hellebore, Murder Master and Battalion join Flamebird and the Protector to help the time-displaced Sanangelopolis, while Terra, Wonder Boy, Green, Human Mystery, and Aqualad protect the Sanangelopolis coastline. As the heroes protect civilians from time-displaced hazards, the mysterious creator of the Team Titans, Hank Hall, prepares to make his final move.
