Lex Luthor is dying. Or rather, his cloned body is dying from a degenerative disease. In an effort to save himself, Luthor hatches a mad plot to recreate Bizarro, a twisted duplicate of Superman that should be immune to the disease. Just one problem: Bizarro has a mission...to recreate the world according to his own weird vision. Bizarro's World is like no other.
