Calculator and the man who hired him, Lex Luthor.  Fed up with being secretly spied on she tells Batman she'll be patrolling in Gotham for the night.  Batgirl shows up and the two gals fight a little crime in the form of Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn.  It's all a test set up by Luthor, however, and Batgirl is actually Clayface in disguise.  Luthor and Calculator observe the ensuing fight and gauge her strength all from a safe distance while Lex concocts his future plans for the new Girl of Steel.
