In this issue Lois Lane is investigating rumors of a laboratory that is performing cruel experiments on apes by a scientist named Dr. Thomas Meyers. Unfortunately her and Clark Kent arrive a little too late as one of the test subjects, an ape named Titano is affected by radiation and grows to King Kong proportions.
