Linda Danvers, a.k.a. Supergirl, has met Kara Zor-El, a.k.a Supergirl...but is she the real deal? Linda's not sure, so she brings Kara to Metropolis to meet a real Kryptonian. Unfortunately, a lot of strange things in the big city are keeping the Man of Steel preoccupied...though they may tie in to the mystery behind Kara's arrival!
Note: This issue takes place during the events of Superman: The Man of Steel #132, and the "Superman" who makes an appearance is actually just an actor given powers by Mr. Mxyzptlk.
