The leader of the house of Kahnrah still contemplates his vote with the council and now reflects on the history of his ancestor Krell who commanded the IKS Korthos on missions to the planet Neural. Off limits per the Organian treaty but rich with mineral resources Krell is charged to plant the seeds of the Klingon way of life. After the rest of his away team is killed by Mugato beasts during his first visit Krell encounters the hill people and village people of Neural and facilitates an arms race between the two.
