Rookie Batman chases someone across rooftops in a very unsuccessful and and ungraceful manner. This ends with him falling and crashing in the ground scaring a homeless person into thinking he might kill. Batman instead gives some money. Then it goes back to a when Batman was just the kid Bruce Wayne.
Thomas Wayne is running for mayor and Alfred is trying to get him to stay home because of the death threats he received. Thomas ignores his friend and takes his family out to the movies and a date with doom.

Batman fights seemingly his entire rouges gallery and even teams up with the Joker.
