Impulse guest-stars as the Weinbergs, still running from the police, the military, the DEO, and the FBI, decide to take a detour on the way to Metropolis... through Manchester, Alabama! Actually, Temper threatens to short-circuit the mobile home if her brother Houston doesn't take her to the town with the greatest number of sightings of her favorite superhero, Impulse! But their trip is suddenly cut short by a wannabe super-villain looking to make a name for himself by taking out the super-group of the week.
