What kind of man would purposefully take a dive into the cursed "Spring of Drowned Giant Octopus"...? A man who accidentally fell into the cursed "Spring of Yeti-Riding-an-Ox-While-Carrying-an-Eel-and-a-Crane," perhaps? Pantyhose Taro's back, and so is his thirst for vengeance--a thirst he plans to quench by dunking Happosai (the one responsible for his ridiculous name) in some water from the "Spring of Drowned Pious Man," so Pantyhose Taro can get his name changed back to something he won't be embarrassed to tell pretty girls. Unfortunately, that water isn't the water hethinks it is, it's worse...twice as worse! One Happosai is bad enough--is the world ready for two?!
