Stalker has the ability to drain the life force from anyone who may stand in his way. For perhaps the first time, Psi-Force is ill equipped for this encounter!
Stalker has returned after his defeat at the hands of Anastasia. He attacks the group during a tour of Alcatraz. The team forms Psi-Hawk. However, Wayne is weakened and Anastasia is unconscious. Stalker is able to defeat Psi-Hawk.
However, as Stalker's employers come to collect the team, he begins to see the error of his ways. Tyrone and Anastasia are able to call Psi-Hawk. Stalker concentrates on the medallion and adds his power. However, after the battle is won, he runs off to do some soul searching.
