Homicide detectives Christian Walker and Deanna Pilgrim investigate murders specific to super hero cases, and they both have a secret: They both have powers. The new Retro Girl goes undercover to stop a serial killer who is spreading a deadly powers virus and killing young girls all over the city. Meanwhile, Deena Pilgrim's life gets even worse as one of the kingpins of the city targets her for execution.
