Each winter, an ice bridge forms between the U.
S. and Russia at the Diomedes — a phenomenon known as the Ice Curtain. In 1963, a young woman's body is found lying dead on this frozen, disputed territory. With tensions between the US and USSR already stretched thin, an FBI agent and a KGB operative are forced into a fragile alliance to solve the murder before the ice melts... and sparks a global catastrophe.
