Born to a proud, rich ninja family, Tetsuo RIvalsan has always been horrendously spoiled and arrogant, convinced he was the best. But after a major battle with the vampire ninja Kyonshi, Tetsuo finds all his rivals proven superior to him. In particular, Nanashi, the homeless street rat taken in as an RNC minion, has surpassed him in more ways than one, nearly sacrificing her life to save him.
