MORBIUS: THE LIVING VAMPIRE #5

Morbius and Jacob work in the lab making a cure for Morbius, without testing, Morbius injects himself with the cure. He changes back into a human. Morbius is releaved. Menawhile elsewhere, serial killer Wayne Gifford performs a demonic ritual on himself. Covered in a serpent tattoo, Wayne sits in a demonic circle and slits his throat open. Out of Wayne's body rises the Basilisk. Menawhile Morbius walks on the street starting back his old life as a human. All of a sudden a group of gang members attack Morbius and steal his wallet. All of a sudden he changes back to a vampire. Back at the Lab he tries the cure again but it has no effect. So Morbius goes out to feed his blood crave. At a dinner the thugs that jumped Morbius earlier attack a girl. She is saved by Morbius and he feeds on the gang members. the girl escapes only to be mutalated by Basilisk.
