While trapped in orbit around Earth, Tin is spotted and captured by alien scientists from a planet of tin robots whose Queen wants him as her king. The Metal Men launch a rescue mission to save their teammate, but encounter various dangers including the hostile alien world and its inhabitants. Complications arise when the Queen attempts to transform Tin to suit her desires, and the rescue team faces escalating challenges that test their loyalty and resourcefulness.
