The Inhumans live by their own rites and rituals, their own laws and governances. But when two Inhuman children seek asylum with the Fantastic Four, battle lines are drawn and an inter-species war threatens to erupt! Old alliances are threatened and friends stand now as enemies! Once again, it's bedlam in the Baxter Building - the Fantastic Four's headquarters in Midtown Manhattan ! With Reed, Ben, and Johnny on various mission, Sue and her son Franklin are the only members of the fabulous fousome at home when two children arrive from Attilan, the Inhuman's domed city on the dark side of the moon. The children are Alecto - daughter of Gorgon, a member of the Inhumans royal family and leader of its militia - and Reyno, an Alpha Primitive servant who toils in anonymity. They came to Earth seeking asylum, hoping to find a place where their young love might be permitted (on Attilan, the Inhumans and the Alpha Primitives are not allowed to commingle), but... that was not meant to be. An enraged Gorgon tracked Alecto and Reyno to Earth and tried to rip them apart and drag them back to the moon. At which point, Sue entered the fray and leapt to their defense. While she and Gorgon (and H.E.R.B.I.E., the FF's robotic sidekick) fight, Reyno and Alecto flee to the Baxter Building's roof, where the latter reveals a set of enormous, bat-like wings - and she and Reyno take to the sky in flight once more, but this time, with anothe - younger - pursuer hot on their heels...
