It's a Madman holiday special-tacular! While Frank (a.k.a. Madman and Joe are enjoying Halloween trick-or-treating, they run afoul of Mutant Street Beatniks swiping candy from children! But that's not all! When Frank, Joe, and Mr. Rodrigo (from Madman #12 volunteer to help feed the homeless on Thanksgiving, they come across a man who may be Santa Claus!
