The Legionnaires battle both in space and on the planet against the local authorities and Lobo, while agents of Darkseid attempt to capture Celeste, Kent, and Jo Nah.
Lobo is able to capture one of the girls under Furball's care and takes her to Darkseid after defeating Brainiac 5. Celeste discovers her new powers while Laurel Gand tries to help the people of Earth recover from the Dominator's bomb explosions.
