Published by World Distributors as a tie-in to the Doctor Who spin-off K-9 and Company, featuring K-9 and Sarah Jane Smith investigating various mysteries. Since the K-9 and Company pilot had pitted the Doctor's two friends against a menace with a supernatural cover, the stories in the annual followed suit. As the series did not progress beyond the pilot episode, this proved to be the only annual in the series.
