After hawkgirl saves red arrow she pursues Human Flame into a nearby alley when Libra apperes and knocks her out with a simple throw then takes human flame to his headquarters. The villains Libra has gathered converse Libra then learns that human flame wants Martian Manhunter dead. You then see Martian Manhunter being teleported then the issue ends.
